Manju is a multifaceted professional—a biotechnologist and educationist by qualification, and a certified International Driving Trainer (Master Trainer) by profession. She holds the prestigious certification from the International Road Union (IRU), making her the first Indian woman to become a Trainer of Trainers for both light and heavy motor vehicle driving.

With a passion for empowering learners, Manju has successfully trained over 30,000 students throughout her career. Beyond teaching, she is a committed social activist who has empowered more than 50 women to drive e-rickshaws, creating sustainable livelihoods through skill development initiatives.

Manju’s drive extends beyond her profession—she is also an avid dancer who believes deeply in the therapeutic power of dance as a form of expression and healing.

Her unique blend of expertise, dedication, and social commitment makes her a true pioneer in her field and a source of inspiration for many.
